Description:

Ice in a delicate rosé with subtle orange reflections. Its fresh aroma reveals hints of redcurrants and sweet raspberries, rosehip, mallow blossom and a hint of citrus fruit with some mandarin zest. On the palate, it remains juicy and fresh with restrained notes of red berries and citrus fruit, as well as grapefruit zest. Its opulent yet pleasant sweetness is balanced by a light mineral profile and creates a very charming finish.

Food recommendation:

Ideal on its own; it is also an excellent accompaniment to fine dishes with ripe tomatoes, white poultry in creamy sauces, grilled scallops or scampi, as well as medium-aged hard cheese or mature white mould cheese. Goes perfectly with fruity desserts with restrained acidity and white chocolate.
