Description:

This sparkling wine is light yellow in colour with light green reflections in the glass. It presents an aroma reminiscent of ripe Williams pears, juicy apple, a hint of fresh physalis and subtly roasted hazelnuts. Hints of hawthorn blossom, honey and brioche are in the background. Juicy and opulent on the palate, it reveals a well-structured aromatic length with balanced fruit sweetness, delicate citrus fruit, nuances of lime zest, ripe pear and ripe apple, candied citrus fruit and light floral notes. A great mousseux and a balanced character round off this taste sensation.

Food recommendation:

Excellent with fine desserts with fruity components, ice cream desserts, Madeira cakes with lemon glaze, but also young hard cheese or fine goat’s cheese. It is also a wonderful option for dishes based on ripe tomatoes.
