After traditional vinification, a process of de-alcoholisation is performed by vacuum distillation using the centrifugal cone column method. This innovative and ultra-modern process requires neither the addition of chemicals nor heating. No less than 30 hours are required to gently remove the alcohol from the wine. This extremely gentle process of de-alcoholisation preserves the structure and aromatic quality of the wine – without the addition of flavourings, which guarantees an authentic and natural taste.
Description:
Pale gold colour with pale green reflections. Intense aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. Soft on the palate, very harmonious and wonderfully creamy with long-lasting flavours.
Food recommendation:
Perfect as an aperitif or with desserts.
