Description

A delicate rosé with coral-coloured reflections that boasts an elegant aroma with hints of ripe redcurrants, juicy raspberries, ripe yellow fruit and subtle hints of brioche and a chalky mineral profile. Elegant with a pleasing mousseux, subtle hints of red berries, sour cherries and subtle exotic fruit nuances. A Brut Rosé with a creamy texture and a wonderful, fresh and mineral finish, ideal as an aperitif or with fine cuisine.

Food recommendation

Accompanies fine fish dishes and seafood, as well as Spanish ham specialities or “South Tyrolean Speck” – a dry-cured, lightly-smoked ham. Pairs with light poultry dishes, sushi and sashimi or subtly spicy dishes from Asian cuisine. Also a delight with young Comté.
