This Brut Dargent Organic shines pale yellow with light green reflections in the glass. An elegant aroma and mineral freshness are a delight to your sense of smell. The aromas are reminiscent of fine citrus fruit, mandarin zest, white flowers, green apple and ripe pear, with a hint of white chocolate in the background. A juicy and fresh sparkling wine with a refined mineral profile and subtle spiciness, great mousseux and pleasant fruit reminiscent of mandarin zest, citrus notes, green apple and ripe pears. An elegant finish with a pleasant aftertaste rounds off this wine’s flavour profile.

Food recommendation:

An ideal aperitif that also goes perfectly with seafood, asparagus with Maltaise sauce, salads with orange dressing, sushi, pata negra ham and fresh goat’s cheese. When paired with desserts, it harmonises well with fruity creations based on quark or mascarpone with a little sweetness.
