Description:
A pale yellow Blanc de Blancs with light green reflections. The aroma is fine, extremely clear, and reveals hints of juicy pear, fresh apple, a little lemon zest, ripe hazelnuts, a hint of elderflower and subtle nutmeg in the background. A stunning Mousseux on the palate combined with nuances of yellow stonefruit, fine notes of exotic fruits and a gentle taste of candied lemon cesetas. Fresh hazelnut and refined mineral notes characterise this Blanc de Blancs Brut with its creamy texture finish.
Food recommendation:
A marvellous aperitif that goes very well with fine fish dishes and seafood, but also with a “chicken à la crème”, asparagus with mousseline sauce, fresh goat’s cheese or young hard cheeses.
