Description:

The Blanc de Blancs Demi Sec is pale yellow with light green-golden reflections. Its opulent aroma is reminiscent of sweet brioche, boiled Williams pear, a hint of honey, roasted hazelnut, white flowers and mineral notes, as well as a hint of candied lemon peel in the background. A lush character with notes of brioche, hazelnut and pear, candied citrus fruit, white flowers and a fine sweetness on the palate. A Blanc de Blancs with a great mousseux and medium density and length.

Food recommendation:

It is an ideal accompaniment to fruity desserts, as well as fine cakes and creations with white chocolate.
